What Working With Me Feels Like

People come to me when life hurts — in the body, in the mind, or in the heart — and they want clarity, steadiness, and a way forward. Many arrive overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their next step.

Our work is not about healing or fixing. It’s about making sense of what you’re carrying so you can move through life with more confidence and less confusion. Sessions are calm, grounded, emotionally intelligent, and free from pressure or performance. You don’t need to arrive “ready.” You don’t need to know what to say. You just need to show up as you are.

It’s a grounded, human space for those who are tired of carrying everything alone and want to understand themselves with more clarity, honesty, and steadiness.

My Background

Before creating The Spiritual Cave, I spent years working in care homes — supporting residents, families, and staff through the emotional realities of ageing, responsibility, loss, and everyday human complexity. That work taught me how deeply people feel, how much they carry, and how rarely they have space to process any of it.

Alongside this, I trained in reflective and wellbeing practices that help people understand themselves with clarity and compassion. My approach blends intuition with structure — a balance that helps people feel safe, supported, and empowered as they explore their inner world.
